"This would be better in Teams" notice

I don't know if such a thing already exists, but I would love a notice to pop up when creating an email where everyone is in the same business, saying "This conversation only involves people from {company name}. This would be better in Teams - are you sure you want to email it?".

Is that likely to happen, or does anyone have a suggestion on how to make it happen now?

As long as you are using Outlook desktop software, a macro can do that.
