"OR" in Rules

Is it possible with Outlook 365 for Windows to create a rule that has an "OR" statement? Ex. If I receive email from  jonnyboy OR if I send email to jonnyboy then do something..... all in one rule?

No. Rule conditions apply in a logical AND configuration, only within the same condition you can have multiple values with an OR configuration. So you can have a rule with "received from userX or userY", but not "received from userX" or "sent to userY".
