"Get the outlook mobile app" spam message

Hi, each day Outlook keeps asking me to download the mobile app with this spam message. I keep clicking X but it re-appears every day. How can I stop it?

@grahamdittethis has annoyed me for a long time. I hope someone from Microsoft will answer the question.
