Problems That End Users Encounter When They Are Forced to Create Several PST Files

My client migrated from Windows 7 to Windows 10 six years ago.   She now has two or more PST files.  She wants to merge them, so her contacts are immediately accessible.  Outlook does not have a MERGE feature.  I understand that skilled usage of the EXPORT and IMPORT functions can do the MERGE.  But my client has trouble doing anything complicated and is not straightforward.   I recommend that Microsoft create a MERGE button.  The button will start an interactive procedure where the end user names the PST files that she wants to merge with the PST file that her favorite account is using.  This is really important.  One should not be expected to locate, read, and understand documentation that is up to the usual standards.   The end user interface should present a step-by-step procedure that is easy to use and works flawlessly.
