Problem with not existing calender, meeting rooms or members

A message was shown with not anymore existing calenders, Meeting rooms or members, linked to my Outlook. This message showed the type and Name of the items.

Now this message is not shown anymore instead there is a query with the request to insert the credentials.

Has this changed and how can I find out which links to the items have to be removed. Is there also locally a logfile.
