Hopefully I can explain this. On my iPhone with Outlook Mobile, I read messages and then move them to folders.
Suddenly (this week), I've noticed that the messages are not being moved on the Exchange Online server and therefore, iPad and Outlook clients still see the messages in the Inbox folder.
If I delete, it deletes everywhere.
If I read, it changes from unread to read.
But moving the message does not work.
Thoughts.
