We exclusively use OWA with our EXO subscription.
One point of frustration for end-users is that when replying to long email threads, their browser gets bogged down as the browser struggles to load the message history.
Users want to keep the thread history in their responses - removing it is not an option. Is there an option in OWA so that when replying to an email it doesn't load the email thread in the browser, but after the user clicks "Send", OWA includes the full message history?
I think Gmail defaults to this behaviour. I was wondering whether the same option was available in OWA.
