i have an issue as IT support with user/password admin privileges.
about a year ago my company migrated to AAD. with me being user/password admin now i can't reset passwords for E-mail created before the migration. but any E-mail created after the migration i am able to reset it.
kindly anyone has a solution to this?
keep in mind we tried removing all privileges and reassigning them and still.
