Passing filter parameters in a URL

I want to be able to click on a URL that launches Outlook in my browser that automatically filters to whatever parameters are passed in the URL, can anyone help with that? 

I want to do this so I can place dynamic values in the URL so I can click the link and only see all emails associated with a certain campaign, or sender or whatever. 

So it would be like: 

https://outlook.office.com/?search%20in=this%20folder&keywords=2045284

Or something similar. Any help on syntax (if this is even possible) would be really appreciated.

Thanks @Victor_Ivanidze, it seems like a reasonable requirement to me, but appreciate the post, I can stop hunting now.
