Our employees using Android devices to access company email from OWA for Android are getting system prompts "OWA app must reset". They go through the reset process and get back to the original system prompt "OWA app must reset". I have asked them to remove OWA for Android and reinstall it. Still the same error.
There are no system advisory messages in the O365 admin web portal.
I found these posts from yesterday:
No replies from Microsoft on these login issues.
Any one from Microsoft have information on this error?
Thank you.

Since the Lollipop update, I have not been able to log in to my email account on Microsoft Outlook Web Access through any web browser on my phone. I cannot use the app, because my office doesn't use Office 365. We just have an Exchange server. When I try to log in from my phone's web browser, it says, "The username or password you entered isn't correct." I can log in from any regular computer and I could log in when my phone was on KitKat. Is there any solution for this? I am expected to respond to work email frequently during the day, and I'm not always near a real computer. I really don't want to go back to KitKat, because I love everything else about Lollipop! Is there anyway to resolve this problem or can someone explain to me what is causing the problem in the first place?
