I would like to receive a help abou my outlook email.
I am having a problem with my iphone and I need to dowload Icloud app on my computer, but when I will start the dowload, I have to enter on my outlook email and a code is sending to mobile number that it isn't mine. I asked to add a new email do receive the code, but now my account is blocked for 30 days.
I have an urgent need to unlock my account in order to download the app and restore my iphone,
I've been without a cell phone for two days.
