three months ago I lost the synchronization between" outlook "and outlook.live.
since then until today 10th of August 2020, Microsoft has not been able to solve the problem for me.
On July 27, 2020 I received an email from the outlook support team. to which I replied and still haven't responded yet
The first line of microsoft works, the same cannot be said of the 2nd lines
