Looks like you are having network and system issues. I would check event logs to see what are causing these critical errors check both system and application logs.
Check to see if you can access your email via webmail or portal.office.com if you are on O365. If you get get to your mail fine, then this issue can be isolated to the system. Create a new Outlook profile and see if that works or use a different PC to see if you can launch outlook under your Outlook account.
