Outlook will not let me 'add account' as it has same email address

I have been using Outlook 2013 but just upgraded to office 365 today and have whatever the current version is now.


I was just switched to a different wpx.hosting email platform and am attempting to get outlook to work with it.

The directions from wpx.hosting say to create a new account, but it will not let me since I have already been using the same email address - any ideas?

And I cannot figure out in Outlook how to change the settings to the new POP3/IMAP settings and would like to keep my old emails since I use it for business. - any ideas?


I have been driving the poor guy who changed the wpx.hosting stuff nuts and am tired of bothering him, so thought I would try here.
