I have a user who suddenly finds herself unable to forward attachments. When she receives an email with an attachment and tries to forward the message the attachment is removed. She then has to download the attachment to add it to the forwarding message. She believes that something happened when her bracelet hit her keyboard. If that is true, how do we fix this. This is happening with all messages that have attachments when forwarding. I am able to open her mail box online and do not have the same issue. Could this be a browser problem?
