Outlook Web Stuck on Loading Screen

Copper Contributor
I've been unable to access outlook email/calendar through the web. Every time I click on the link, it gets stuck on the loading screen (just the envelope icon opening and closing on a loop). It works just fine on my phone app. Clearing my browser cache/cookies worked for about 2 seconds before it went to the loading screen again.
Any suggestions?

Update: Outlook loads on Edge correctly. I'm having trouble accessing it from Chrome.

@mackak13 Hi

In order for Edge to properly certify your account you must be logged in with a Microsoft account in Edge, additionally try to uninstall Edge extensions that block ads, you can not block cookies on this page.

Thanks for the response.
Outlook is working fine on Edge. Chrome is where I'm having problems.

Also this can cause some kind of Chrome extension - try disabling all in Chrome to check it then reinstall one by one.

@mackak13 I experienced the same. I was using this URL: https://outlook.office.com/mail/

Tried clearing my cache and extensions but still doesn't resolve the issue.

Tried using this URL instead and was able to access Outlook web: https://outlook.office365.com/mail/

@G0901  Outlook won't function properly and could get stuck in the Loading Profile screen if one or more of its files are corrupted. Outlook files can be repaired using an executable in the Outlook installation directory. Right-click the Outlook shortcut, then select Properties. This will open the Properties window. https://superuser.com/questions/169393/different-languages-in-subject-line-and-text-body-uk49s-in-outlook-2003

I encounter the same, i did a repair from the add/remove programs and everything was fine in few minutes.
Hope that helps.

In my case the solution is press : "CTRL + SHIFT + R" (hard reload)

Other to that you need to clear cache, by exiting PWA and open in e.g. Chrome and clear all cache.

Thanks you so much

If you stuck at chrome browser or any browser the easiest way is to clear all cookies.
This will allow you back via Web Browser.

The reply you received is for Outlook app, in my educated guess, you are either not using outlook it self  as in microsoft app but instead you are accessing it via hotmail.com.

The only drawback is you will lose all your date and if you are gamer means u lose all the items recorded in cache.
