my boss sent an invitation for a meeting regarding a contract with Client A. When the meeting is opened in Outlook on the web, the Meeting Insights section shows a document that my boss has also been working on, but it's not related to Client A at all. It is a contract for Client B, which happens to have a key word in its title.
Now, while only folks with access to the linked document will see this link, this kind of AI is going quite wrong. My colleagues who never do any work for Client B are wondering why this document is showing up in a meeting invite for Client A.
This AI is going too far and in the wrong direction. Where/How can this be turned off?
