Outlook Web apps not showing up

Copper Contributor

I am on the outlook website and the apps are not showing up when I go to the add apps page.

My add-ins have also disapeared that I have been using for months. I have tried reinstalling but nothing happens.

It seems to be on just this account.

Same for me! Not only on Web, but also on the Windows app.

Same issue for me. Some apps that I can see on the app store say not found when I click on them. Apps not showing on Outlook desktop app or web app. Very annoying
Same issue with my organization. What is the dealio? Crowdstrike related? Microsoft is claiming all their services are 100% according to their status page.

@Mason_Par  - This would appear to be an issue with MS, which they have not made the general public... or IT admins aware of: https://status.codetwo.com/incidents/rfmx7rvlvwqy

It is also not listed in the Service Health.

Exact same problem with New Outlook desktop.  All apps disappeared and trying to add one get "something went wrong"

Happening to me as well! Enormous Bummer! @Mason_Par

@admin is this a Crowdstrike problem? will it be fixed?

I have confirmed the problem with all apps is NOT present in Classic Desktop Outlook.  It is only in New Outlook and OWA versions.

Why is this not generally reported?

Same problem.
Another weird development. If you open New Outlook, the add-ins are gone. But if you open Classic Outlook the add-ins are there. But then I discovered that if you keep both desktop clients open at the same time, you can now access the add-ins in New Outlook. You can then close the Classic Outlook desktop and still access the add-ins in New Outlook.

Not sure if this workaround survives exiting New Outlook. I'm going to keep it open for now.
I have now been alerted by app developer of the possible problem.
Microsoft has released an update that may impact your Actionstep system and may be causing widespread issues with email and Actionstep. Specifically, these impacts are a result of changes made by Microsoft to their Outlook API email service. To resolve this issue, we have moved to the new Outlook API, and this also provides a more secure connection for your email data.
I use mine in Chrome, not on the desktop.
