I need little bit of help regarding Outlook Web app configuration.
I have my personal email account and I access few other email accounts with it, all in one window, but I am experiencing a small issue. I am unable to see categories from my colleagues in mail threads. I can see who is marked on the email but not the color nor I can mark myself on the email since there are no categories that are configured in this mail account. When I open that mail account in separate tab, categories are configured correctly and work fine.
Please advise how I should fix this issue.
