Outlook Use Case/BP: Executive Assistant but with NO complete owner rights on mailbox

Hi everyone,


i am searching for the best solution to "co-manage" your boss if you have access to the Inbox (Editor) and are responsible to filter the important mails out.

All normal mail organisation stuff is not working: categories, conditional formatting, flag message

As it seems to need "full owner" rights to the mailbox.


The only solution seems to be to create additional folders and move the mails. But this seems to be old fashioned.


Does anyone has a Best Practice about that?

It seems to be an individual problem.

I just tried to flag, categorize a message as Owner of a folder or even an editor. This flag/category gets transferred.
