Hi
Over the last few days I have been advised by friends/colleagues that emails that I have received and then forwarded to them have not arrived. I have not changed any settings, I can see them in my sent box but they're not being forwarded on. Tried many test emails, it does work if I use my BT account on my phone so thinking it must be an issue with Outlook (365).
Anyone else experienced this issue?

@Lesleykirkhill yes! New Outlook worked for about 6 month with BT Mail but as of 4th June no longer does so. Any emails attempted to be sent sit in the Drafts area permanently and cannot be sent. I have consulted the BT forums and they believe it is an Outlook 365 issue.
Any mavens care to comment?

thanks @JonBee, I don’t seem to be suffering from the issues affecting a lot of BT Mail users (thankfully) I can send & receive emails ok in Outlook it’s just not allowing me to forward emails to other folk! I can forward ok from the BT web application on my phone but it is a pain.

Is Microsoft going to change Outlook to allow us to forward emails ?

It looks like if you change the email you wish to forward to Rich Text it will work and be received by the recipient 🙂
