Outlook Sync Issues

I faced an issue with outlook while upgrading my Office to the 2019 Professional one.

First of all my office version was 2016, then I exported my mailbox to a PST file.

Then I removed 2016 and installed 2019 and I activated it.

I configured the mailbox again and I tried to import the PST file to my mailbox, but only Inbox messages were imported and I faced an issue with sent items it shows a Sync problem.
