A few weeks ago I had to backup, wipe and re-install my macbook air because of memory issues. Updated to Monterey 12.4 and outlook 16.62... Seemed like it worked until I searched my email for a PO #, which I do 100000 time a day. Nothing, no results. I found a few helpful articles, and did a re-index or something... the search has sort of returned, but it's not showing all items I'm searching for. I have to open outlook on the web and search for the items on there. I can have the web version of outlook open with outlook and search the same thing, only web will find what I'm looking for. Please help. I'm desperate. Thank you
