Hello,
Since one week and a half, our belgium users who speak dutch have an issue with their research in outlook.
For exemple, if they type an email addresse to do a research with with "van" (= "from" in english), there is no result anymore. But if they do the research and replace "van" by "from", the research works.
We early thought it was an indexing issue but we are now sure that it has something to do with the search function which doesn't take into account this language.
To temporarily resolve this problem, we:
1. replace the windows default language "Ducth (Belgium)" to "Dutch(Dutch)".
2. set Outlook language as Windows default.
3. restart Windows.
After that, the research function is working and now use, not the word "van" but "
afkomstigvan".
Any advise on how to make the language "ducth (belgium)" work?
Is it related to the new search natural language?
