have a user which works extensively with his assistance.
For this he'd like to configure a Outlook Rule which moves all Items from his "Send Elements" which are related to a calender invitation (Accepted, Declinde, Proposal new time ...) into another folder.
Configuring this rule is not a problem, it works as expected also for existing mails when you run this manually. But it would be more comfortable if its runs automatically but this is not possible.
There is no reaction on the defined trigger.
Who could help with a recommendation to handle this request?
Beside Outlook Rules Flow is a subordinate option
