Outlook People Pane is missing in Office Insider v2005 build 12816.20000

Dears,

In the latest Office Insider version (v2005, build 12816.20000) Outlook is missing the People Pane in the View tab. Is this intentionally, or if not, is this a bug?

@Gerard Schilderinck Yes, its missing here also.  It appears to be turned off in the Insider Fast build, but still available in the slower channels.  From what I've heard, long term, it will be deprecated.
