When I enter outlook.live.com, or open Chrome (It is the default open page on Chrome).an animation of an envelope appears and repeats up to seven times, for up to ten seconds, before my email IN box appears. The same thing happens if I enter that address in Edge. This began about two months ago. MS Support has not resolved it (or any other problem presented to them), though I reported it more than a month ago. Windows 10, Chrome.
