Outlook on Mac keeps on loading on startup

Hey all,

Out of the blue, Outlook gets stuck while opening up on my Mac. The Outlook window appears, but then it gets stuck on loading. I uninstalled Office and re-installed it, but the issue remains.

Any help is highly appreciated!
