Outlook not Loading (stuck at bouncing envelope)

All of my microsoft 365 applications are working properly except for outlook. Whenever I open it, it is stuck loading forever at the bouncing envelope screen. Wifi is not the issue, it's just outlook. It works perfectly fine on my iPhone, just not on my mac laptop. Not sure what to do.

I am having the exact same problem. In Linux mint, using google chome, and on my android phone it works perfectly, but using edge or chrome in Windows 10 it is stuck forever at the bouncing envelope screen.
