Outlook mails went to deleted items

We have this case where emails suddenly redirected to deleted items. No rules running on the outlook. Thanks!

Hi Angel, 

My guess would be a mobile device or a POP3 client. If it is a O365 account you can open a support ticket to try to understand wich protocol is moving emails from folders.

It's frequently happen on Outlook client but we have also issue on mobile device. It is Office 365 account and single sign-on policy.
