My Outlook app is not loading. The rainbow keeps appearing and then I have to force quit. I have removed the app and re-downloaded, force quit, and restarted the computer. I'm at a lost. Please help.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that. Are you able to provide more detailed information about the version of Outlook you are using and what version of macOS you are using?

@Adin_CalkicMy Mac is up to date with version 12.3.1. Outlook was also recently updated. It is version 16.60. I have taken all necessary steps and have done a clean uninstall and reinstall. It worked for a day, but the loading issue is happening again. The rainbow appears the minute I try to click into an email or if I am scrolling.
