Outlook inbox is not working properly.

Please i need your help on this issue.

One of our users is having an issue with receiving emails to outlook inbox.


We created a custom folder (AP) inside an inbox, but mails are going to the custom folder instead of the inbox.


We have separated the custom folder (AP) from the inbox, but mails are still going to the custom folder.

Hi @MikeJohn1710 

Run the message trace to see why the emails are delivered to that folder.
Confirm that there are no Outlook rules that make the emails go to the folder. 
If after troubleshooting the issue occurs, use MFCMAPI with Microsoft Guidelines 
Check if the issue occurs while the user uses only Outlook on the web for a period of time.
