Tried following setup:

smtp password: <Please email sebastian@sebbe.eu from a *@microsoft.com employee account to get this and VPN access credentials>
It complains that the IMAP account settings are wrong. Checking the dovecot logs on the server shows that outlook for android isn't even attempting to connect.
