Outlook email send successfully but gmail recipient can't see the email

Hello everyone,

Our organisation is having bit of a problem sending emails. The emails we send are all successful, they are all in "SENT" mailbox, no rebound error messages. We asked our admin says that the messages are noted as email successfully send in the message trace. But some recipients says that they cannot find the email at all - not in the inbox, spam or trash at all. This has been happening to both normal and shared emails

I would like to ask is it from our side or is it from the other email side. The email we send to are mostly gmail. 

Did anyone have this kind of problem? How did you resolve it?

The best thing to do here is ask someone on the recipient's side to run a message trace, as the message can be blocked/redirected on their end.
