Outlook email categories in Mac not prompted from Exchange

Hi all I'm new here.

 

I use both outlook on Exchange (on my office PC) as well as on Mac (at home).

 

I use categories at the office to categorise my emails in my inbox. When I try to categorise emails on outlook at home Mac on the same outlook account the Mac outlook does not propose the same categories as those on my categories memorised on my Exchange on my PC. Am I doing something wrong?
