Outlook doesn't open since Windows update

Updated Windows today.

After doing that Outlook starts,- and closes only seconds later...!

Same with safe mode.

This happened on all our machines,- we can't work anymore!!!

 

Please help immediately!

The Outlook Engineering folks pushed out a mitigation update a few hours ago, please try restarting Outlook a few times so it will pick this update up.
