outlook does not open

My outlook won't open .The icon blinks and nothing happends.It has just happend sudenly .Any suggestion?

@Jb2- Have you tried opening Outlook these 5 ways?

1. Open Outlook via Start menu
2. Open Outlook via Windows Search
3. Open Outlook via the home screen
4. Open Outlook via Cortana
5. Open Outlook via the taskbar

Yes, I tried to open outlook with the start menu. It still didn't open.  @Kam

@Jeff_Massey Then you should contact support (in Windows Search bar, type "get help" and in the app's chat box, type "customer support.")
