How can we add either a URL in outlook or a add-in for user to click on to get to our Help desk Portal.
Were trying to make it easier for users to use our Portal as we moved away from calls/Emails.

Hi @Christian Taveras, it looks like you have to create an add-in that will place an appropriate button in main menu.
