I have created contact groups in Outlook to make it quicker for my team to send emails to specific groups of people. As I created the group, if I start typing the group name within the 'To:' field of an email this shows straight away for me. It does not do this for others I have made Owners though.
Does anyone know how I can make this work for others? They can see the contacts within the contacts section of outlook but it does not allow them to select the contact group in sending an email.
