Outlook Contact Management

Hello friends, I am looking for some assistance with contact management with outlook using M365.


The issue we are having is that the saved contacts in our outlook our conflicting with a another software we use which pushes emails to outlook from it. From my understanding the issue stems from the auto complete function of outlook.

 

What I would like to know is:


- How do I delete ALL current contacts from the emails we have registered on M365. Does this need to be done individually on each account from outlook or can it be done through the admin console?

 

- Once all contacts are deleted what is the best practice to have a centralised contact list that can be used by all users. Is outlook able to manage this or would I need a 3rd party add on?
