Outlook contact fields

When planning an import of a csv file how  can I print off a full list of available fileds so I can match them with the ones in my contacts file

You are unable to print or download a list of contact fields. You didn't mention which version of Outlook you are using. However, you can visit my website for the list of contact fields for Outlook 365 Online and Windows Desktop applications.
