I changed my Comcast password on Dec 19th because of the Xfinity breach. My outlook.live mail has not synced since. I chose mail settings and sync email to get to the account to change the password but all that i got was a page that said unable to load these settings. Please try again later. I also started an export as I have important information that I need. The export has been running for 10 days. The two are probably related.

I am having the same problem. I had to change a password for a different account that gets forwarded to my outlook account. But due to the “sync email” setting not being available, I can’t update the setting and sync my email accounts. There is another Microsoft community thread about this issue here.

Well now I just checked and I no longer get Unable to load these settings. I now get a screen to check aliases and Pop and Imap settings but still no way to access my account password to change it.
