outlook.com and the email app aren't working, I can’t send or receive emails. A member of your team has been helping me over email but it’s not fixed the problem, and additional problems are now occurring. I’d like to get this issue fixed now over chat; I can’t keep waiting 24 hours for a reply that’s not helping. My business is being effected y this. I receive anything that I’m subscribed to as a newsletter but nothing else, I also can’t send out emails.
I receive some and can send some but not everything, its been happening for 2-3 weeks.
Everything is up to date and all the separate apps/browsers are synced.
Ive been in touch with microsoft and outlook official advisors and helpers and been fobbed off and passed from one to the other to no avail. No one can fix the problem.
