Outlook Category Colors Not Showing on Delegates PC / calendar

- Manager has Category Colors setup on his Calendar.

- He made his admin a Delegate for his Calendar.  

- Delegate can not see the Category Colors on her PC for managers calendar

 

- The Same Delegate can see a different managers Calendar with category colors on her pc.

 

I have reset the profile for the Delegate and even setup a new PC that does the same thing. 

 

Any Recommendations on how to fix this Issue?
