outlook cannot synchronize all emails consecutively

hi I recently encountered a problem, I was looking at about 200G of emails in the web client, I found that I could not sync all emails continuously when I configured outlook2016 email account, I had to click Send/receive all emails before continuing to sync to the local, please give me some advice
