Outlook Calendar delegate unable to see meetings but legacy owner can see them

Brass Contributor

Unsure if this is the right forum or 365.

We have 365/exchange hybrid.

A PA is accessing the CEO calendar as owner for the last 4 years.

She is going on leave. A new user needs access but the new permissions don't allow Owner. They allow Delegate.

Problem is that some meetings created by outsiders and accepted by the CEO aren't visible by the new PA. The old PA on owner privileges can see them.

You can always adjust the permissions via PowerShell.

Solved!

I looked at the permissions vis powershell and the older user was Publishing editor.

the new user was editor and a delegate.

However it looks like the issue was just that the shared calendar was cached. I turned off caching and the meetings appeared.
