Microsoft outlook calendar -the home issue- doesn't have daylight savings time. So when you schedule and appointment or a meeting, the time is different than the outlook time on your computer during the time of the year that changes to daylight savings time. I expect to meet someone at 1:00pm, but the calendar schedules the meeting at 2:00 pm. standard time.
