Do you know if there is a solution to make the shared boxes be automatically unrolled when Outlook is opened?

By default, the box collapses each time Outlook is closed. You must then extend it again to access the Inbox folders ...

Thank you for your answer, but this perhonomen is present in all our customers and with all versions of this Outlook.

Well, then the only way I see is creating an add-in for Outlook.
