Outlook autocomplete feature not working properly even after update

Hello!

I have a user experience the issue listed here:

Article says it is fixed in latest build. We've tried updating outlook and it is saying it is up to date, yet this issue is still occurring for this user.

 

Any ideas?

You are not alone. Having same problem here.
Bummer. Yeah would be nice if we could get some insight on this and why there are still people experiencing this issue.

I am going to try re-importing the last copy of the AutoComplete list I exported - to import with the version I'm using now...
DO they not test software before they release it ?

Outlook tools recognize Installation as 32bit ?
Export / Import fails !
