Outlook Addin Not Running at Start

%3CLINGO-SUB%20id%3D%22lingo-sub-1008440%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3EOutlook%20Addin%20Not%20Running%20at%20Start%3C%2FLINGO-SUB%3E%3CLINGO-BODY%20id%3D%22lingo-body-1008440%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3E%3CP%3EWe%20had%20a%20Phishme%20Addin%20for%20one%20of%20our%20users%20and%20all%20of%20a%20sudden%20the%20Addin%20has%20ceased%20to%20work.%20I'm%20able%20to%20%22load%22%20the%20Addin%20directly%20from%20the%20Addins%20tab%20but%20once%20I%20close%20Outlook%20it%20reverts%20back.%20I've%20tried%20unistalling%20and%20reinstalling%20all%20things%20Office%2C%20I've%20tried%20the%20Registry%20route%20to%20check%20the%20LoadBehavior%20but%20the%20value%20is%203.%20I%20have%20also%20uninstalled%20and%20reinstalled%20the%20Addin%20with%20no%20luck%20either.%20I've%20also%20tried%20the%20resiliency%20route%20too%20but%20with%20no%20luck.%20I've%20exhausted%20several%20forums%20worth%20of%20troubleshooting%20so%20I'm%20now%20making%20a%20post%20on%20it%20myself.%20Thank%20you%20in%20advance%20for%20any%20help.%3C%2FP%3E%3C%2FLINGO-BODY%3E

We had a Phishme Addin for one of our users and all of a sudden the Addin has ceased to work. I'm able to "load" the Addin directly from the Addins tab but once I close Outlook it reverts back. I've tried unistalling and reinstalling all things Office, I've tried the Registry route to check the LoadBehavior but the value is 3. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the Addin with no luck either. I've also tried the resiliency route too but with no luck. I've exhausted several forums worth of troubleshooting so I'm now making a post on it myself. Thank you in advance for any help.
